cant see why the e ring no once registered to a life ring could be made to come up on any other system when trying to re register so a club sec could see the bird was reg to someone else then a transfer system to could be worked if all above board

Have retired birds and then change the bird with no problem on same computer in club, like many others no doubt. Always believe that it could only be done by cancelling the number in the original computer.
