T3 Question

Hi all,just a question about the T3.How do i tell how old it is?Is it the number on the side?My one has the 4 figure number with 07 underneath,is that the year of manufacture?Also is it ok to use with the service triangle symbol flashing and could this mean that there is not much life left in the battery?

The triangle flashing means the battery needs replaced

the flashing triangle means it needs a service, the battery symbol comes on when the battery needs replaced.
