Good to hear.

Mind I oft feel sometimes these couriers are unjustly berated. - Not always of course. But one on the roads, and reading Sat Nav estimate of times DON'T and Can't foresee many obstacles and happenings they may have to encounter.

Think then, personally, that a phone call helps ... if the destination are able to answer of course.
