Roland Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 Well for those that remember just a wek or so ago that I propheised that it would be against an individual 'Human Right' to stop them from committing a crime... Well seems quiker that even I thought. Rapists etc. junkies etc. are in their' 'Right to be as such ... seems that there is now a patition to sue the home Hoe for enforcing 'Cold Turkey' inprison, and that the imate(s) rights were intervened with!!!
Guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 Not as bad as the Judge in the States, who put a repeated sex offender on probation because in her infinite wisdom she judged that with him being just 5 feet tall, he would be laid open to abuse by other inmates if he was sent to prison. LOOKS LIKE THE VICTIMS HAVE NO HUMAN RIGHTS AT ALL
mark Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 roland, the home office settled out of court now they have a nest egg when they are released,

Roland Posted November 14, 2006 Author Report Posted November 14, 2006 Your POINT being!! THEY WOULD, NO DOUBT, HAVE been good as you say, whether gender benders or not. And the first point should be 'Tolerance' and that implies especially to the 'Gay' community and not to keep ramming it down our throughts. Yes as human beings they have the right to exist as any one else... but not moreso! It is after all these very same people ramming it down our throats that makes, and impresses upon youngsters that it is normal! Was a time songs and peoms used 'Happy and Gay' definately daren't now lol.
RoryTheRed Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 Hetrosexual ' Sex Appeal ' is used everyday by advertisers to sell everything from CARS to Soap Powder, do you notice? Nah, your just watching the jiggly boobs and ram another bigmac or beer down your throat ( Throat Theory should be applied to lard asses ) without a thought about this; if gays were used to sell a product you would choke on your bigmac/beer before swearing abuse at the boobtube. Remember that gays can read this site and will find you comments offensive; were your remarks regarding barbwire, wet hands and plugs ment to turn them on? Rory
Guest Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 think its time to get back to normality fela,s lets agree to dissagree , to each his own and all...everyone is entitled to their opinion..it would be a boring world with it!!. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
Roland Posted November 14, 2006 Author Report Posted November 14, 2006 Can't see that any of the above list did much, very little indeed to help others enjoment and nothing at all as a Role Model. Yes I like the 1812 overture... So what! A name that actually did a lot for the gay cause you ommitted... John Cousins, now he did chance and to an extent revolutonise Ice Skating. Indeed paved the way for so many... and it did cost him dear. So nowt above for me to be thankful for... Only that they propugandered the way for more enlightenment to their cause. Saw Mr McKellen on Sat... he did nothing to endear normal hetro's to his cause. Only the ones who aready have the right. So let them get on with it, for pwrsonally I couldn't give a fickled rat *expletive removed* one way or the other ... just peeved - like so many others- with it being rammed down our throats of course. But as the Powers to be, and the broadcasting, entertainment concerns are rife with them, it will only get more undeserved, and not needed, advertisement... End of subject as far as I am concerned.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 RORY YOU MISSED OUT FREDDIE MERCURY WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE TOP OF THE MUSIC LIST, HE WAS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN ANY MUSICIAN YOU QUOTED BY FAR [ MY OPINION ONLY ]
Guest Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 What a mixture. Really hard to tell what the point of this thread is: can dig out and understand some bits, poor justice system, revulsion against child molesters. But then strange words like 'normal' start get bandied about. So who amongst you are the resident experts on what's normal? Bigotry is normal in some. But then you can get jailed for that. Nothing about the right and state of being human, and human qualities like caring, compassion, understanding & empathy. No human has the right not to be these things. We care for our children, we don't abuse them and we don't want others to abuse them, hence our revulsion against child molesters. If same sex partners care for each other, its nothing other than human.
blackjack Posted November 14, 2006 Report Posted November 14, 2006 Sir the word is homo sexual not gay .The word gay to me means happy fun loving which im sure most homosexual men are but not homosexual. What has happened today shows how the liberal elite who unfortunatly run this country do not represent working class people nobody does anymore. Criminals are literally getting away with murder and druggies being compensated for getting of drugs because thier human rights might have been infringed. While pensioners get a £3 rise in the pension were is rights of the pensionersthen ?.

Rory Dead easy to lose the plot in this plot Rory. Seems barbwire, wet hands and plugs were never meant for that group but for another, as under:- "Well for those that remember just a wek or so ago that I propheised that it would be against an individual 'Human Right' to stop them from committing a crime... Well seems quiker that even I thought. " 'Now cold turkey ... just wonder how our big boys would handle that one: equivalent of a broken leg left to heal on its own, no splint, no medication, no pain killer, with no doubt the odd 'shut up' thrown in when the whimpers become too loud. Think its called torture in some countries'

Guest Posted November 15, 2006 Report Posted November 15, 2006 Retiring HM Inspector of Prisons did say prisons were being used as dumping grounds for people with 'social / medical problems' who shouldn't really be there. As others have said, and I agree, the system is wrong ... need to change it and the treatment of some of the people currently in it, who should be held elsewhere.
Roland Posted November 15, 2006 Author Report Posted November 15, 2006 I’ve, like most of you, have heard the silliness of the Argument that prisons should be warehouses for the undesirables.... that if left in society that they will amend to and reform better. Cobblers, when it was three days a 'Like Meal' and three days bread and water, literally, not many wanted to go back.... that was when the crime HAD to fit the time paid, so even if they did get caught they were better of in the long run ... Except sex offenders etc. Now the main cause is Drug Related, so why do the screws etc. let them have and take in drugs, or give them an alternative! It's simply for a peaceful life, less hassle when they are high like, nothing more, nothing less. Me, well I believe that PRISONS should be a warehouse to keep the undesirables locked up and out of harms way. And those that went on hunger strike would have to do just that and stay on it till they decided to come off... not force fed and pampered too. No drugs, Lock up would be mainly that lock up with sensible time out to exercise, and they would have to earn the right for recreation and not have it as a right, and once in jail, all normal would have to be weighed up against the rights of those that have been offended against. If you can't legally run a Business from prison, I'm flipping sure that all other rights are with held till those transgressed against have been compensated. But that will never happen.... Seems strange that the more the 'Do Gooders' that incidentally live well out of harms way mostly - get their way and make it easier for the thieves, rapist, junkies etc. the quicker and higher the crime rate rises, a simple fact that! So why can't those that need to see it and legislate accordingly not act upon that fact.... Could it be that they are as bad!
