Feed by hand on a newly cleaned floor 3 times a day as much as they want

You seem to have the idea that the birds should be ration fed to win races. They don't. You need to use a feed regime such as the Bamford Cool Racer Plan. When you have understood that you can do as I have done and modify it to suite your style and type of flying. Before you get down to deciding what and how to feed you need to make sure that your birds are trained to trap properly and do not land on the house or nearby buildings. The problem with trying to help you by answering your question is that the season is over which means you will probably forget what people have tried to tell you now.
