Whats it called Cumbernauld Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 No y/b racing in 2015 and its constituencies Ideas to improve the future of the sport. Pair birds in the spring when nature intended y/b birds trained at club level (individual baskets) (year of birth) 2016 yearling races in July and August say 4/5 races Let these guys with money to burn keep 100 all year before racing (up to individual) this racing should take place when clubs dictates if the best conditions are a Tuesday then lets basket the birds on a Tuesday morning to race or go later that day.We need to learn to be more reactive to go when conditions suit the birds and not when it best suits us. Electronic timing would help this.it is surley best to send for the experience of the birds even if not a race. Sending on best weather conditions and having the chance to avoid clashing by midweek will surely help.We do everything to suit us and not the pigeons. (this has to change) Such changes or at least the proposal of them should be coming from the top table No fa wee Rab fae Cumbernauld Lets take action
tyson Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 am afraid thats all right if you have people available drivers / convoyers and people that have to work and not everybody has ets or want it
moscow master Posted August 23, 2014 Report Posted August 23, 2014 am afraid all those changes wont make a jot of difference until the bop problems fixed skiting round the problem imo
