so looks like the 400 being chased were ayrshire birds and some say peregrines aint really the problem .

They are certainly not clearing the area of liberation. We have had 2 races and the weather was acceptable both races.

It seems as though they have been liberated in a lion's den.

 

I wonder if we will have better returns from Appleby this week.

I may just play safe.

Thought the Appleby site was shut down that's why Lanarkshire are at stainmore this week????

No Ayrshire and Midland use a different site at the golf course. I think access is difficult if your trucks are bigger.

Will be well cared for meantime as per norm

hi mick 1532 is mine god knows how its down there ive not been to any races yet and have never trained down there either who is it thats coming down ?

Your correct in your statement mate only one problem the Falcon 110%

Loads of town people stop me asking what's the birds that are squealing over the town

Most I've seen in town this year with their mother was 2

1532 nice wee hen Ricky just in last night seen her sitting on the loft with eyes shut amongst mine held some water up whistled and she flew right into it works every time lol

Was well down but will have her like a wee turkey come weekend
