Green Ring Numbers

hi there,I enquired about a lost pigeon I have been watching,I spent some time today with bird seed and managed to get the green ring number, I'm not sure if the number is complete though. DF 3405 Tu 4?. There is also a phone number that I tried to call but I have not had a reply, I would be willing to try and catch it if I knew the owner could pick it up quite quickly, I have a 1 year old at home who loves boxes. I hope this help the bird be returned.

I couldn't see the bands fully as the bird was feeding and walking around in leaf mulch. I will send you the number. Thank you.
