yes clubs could perform that task, as there are only 18 clubs simple members hand it there vote job done, no need for a stampede for a seat in the hall, as it is not safe to hold 500 members, now that is democracy.

Danniel fact is if u want to change something in the fed you have to be at the agm simples thems the rules m8,this is my first year racing obs and not happy with this route so I'll be at agm to cast my vote,the losses In my club have been so bad there's a special meeting being called for sat to have a talk and a vote about joining south lanarkshire for the ybs,if I'm honest Danny I'd rather stay in the fed and go another route but this won't happen so if we stay In the fed I'll go to Appleby n that'll do for me..as for uttoxeter pmsl a lot of men couldn't get obs out of it Neva mind ybs,atb kenny.

All one club or person has to do is send a letter with proposed points down the each each sec pass it round the members if the fed has 2/3rds signatures then an egm can be called or the President of the fed can call it himself.

If that's the case Geordie I agree but in my eyes the letter has to come from a club sec or president or mabye someone with a bit of stature in the fed,could you imagine the comments if I proposed a change..who the f..k does he think he is just in our fed in trying to run it but I'll make sure I mention this at our meeting as I would rather race in lanarkshire fed..it was mentioned by a fancier at training yest ther mite be a meeting about changing racepoints but not the route,wtf the point in that?if were going east nxt year with obs surely it makes sense to take ybs east this season..also got to agree if we go east stick with it for 3/4 years min,

If everyone is totally honest with each other it is just as bad down the east as well I think everyone has to pull together and have a good talk about other ways to improve our racing cause no matter were we send them it's going to be the same outcome that's fact

some of they streeters are guys that gave up the doos cos they where getting shafted by the bop, the soldiers they saved where knee deep in sh ite, but the pigeon saved them what did the hawk do f/all but sh ite on the steeples and church walls. we praise all war heroes do we not.
