hold down 3 buttons press power, maintenance , and stop for 10 seconds it will clear if you have ink pad problem . follow instructions any other error need to clean heads

they dont allow me to get pms OR SEND PM On here, in case I convert THEM to a pilgrims way of thinking. as you know there is only so much fresh air, you can put into a empty barrel windows 7 and the 64 bit can be run on the r300 you will have to do that through google but you will not be able to use all the functions as that printer is made to suit windows 2000, 98, and at a push XP WINDOWS 7 IS CRAP AND GOOGLE IS NOW GETTING IN ON THE ACT LIKE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER WANTING TO KNOW ALL ABOUT YER BUSINESS . there are cds on EBAY FOR CORRECTING SOME FAULTS, BUT ERRORS ARE A DIFFERENT BALL GAME, BUT YOU CAN CLEAN THE HEADS OF YOUR PRINTER WITH FLUSH out AND A SYRINGE WITH A SMALL PIECE OF rubber TUBING AGAIN ASK THIS IN YOU TUBE TO SEE IT BEING DONE. the 64 is that in vista
