need a favor can anyone work out the corect flying time and velocity for birds below

 

distance to loft 155m 1288y libbed at 8h30m clocked at 11h20m 6s.and 11h21m32s

 

time by master timer 12.40

time by members clock 12 39 52.

 

need to do a club result for fed as ian is away .with clock running 8 sec slow can,t work it out bang on.
