HOW DUMB IS THAT 2 things can happen the hackers can now attack it, and get ransom money knowing they havent up graded. at 5.5 million

they could have had there own frigging server and programed browser even used linux. how many window 8 discs could they have bought and at what price for a job lot ripping tax payers of again.
