Organised Amtrak to pick up Two birds, left out £30, Amtrak charged £32.50 as birds are classed as 1kg each, I was charged for five birds as the two runts weighed 5kg in total :o

thats not right surely ?? where does it state that there is a weight limit ?? ( i thought Amtraks only weight limit , was relevant to the time we often have to WAIT for them to get it right)                                  andy
