After speaking to Archie the decision has been made we must accet the times on the board

 

It is unfortunate the site went down but was out with our control

Sorry we have no way of proving the bid as claimed by you at 20 57 but the bid from you recorded on the post is 21 13 which is late

 

My sincere apologies as it was not my fault either just trying to sort out the mess as best as possible
