Sky Broadband ?

Anyone having problems with Sky,my download speed has dropped,been in touch with them four times since a week gone Sunday,finally got a lass from Edinburgh who I could understand and she knew what she was talking about.No progress as of yet so she's sending me a new router out FOC. Don't think that's the problem but you've got to start somewhere,even going to call me back on Saturday morning as she's off work on Friday,so there are some people in the world who do care .Fingers crossed. :emoticon-0138-thinking:
