Whats Happened?

My birds only fly for 20 mins now last week they where flying for 45 mins to an hour and ranging but not now. I think i may have changed how much feed they get because of trapping but how can i get them flying longer again?

They wont fly as long if they are hungry.

Try feeding them more, a pigeon can't fly if there's nothing in them. Like a car can't run without fuel.
