Wasn't too sure whether to send tonight,the birds haven't been 110% droppings back to normal,exercising OK.so I thought this afternoon if you exercise well your going then I would let the youngens out.If I'd been sending for def. the youngens would have gone out and not the o/b's.Watched them exercising and bang,a bloody massive Percy hen struck,waited half a hour for the last to return.Mind made up staying at home.

If it had been the youngens I think there would have been a different tale to tale,lucky or not,I think so X 2.

 

Why do we bother,keep them all winter and what ? by the way I lost a mealy cock this morning,thought it might have been wires,thinking different now :emoticon-0138-thinking: :emoticon-0138-thinking:

we have bben hit hard with the hail and rain in short bursts today.didnt have anything out today but looking out the window right now the sun is shining but there is a huge black cloud on its way.havent been leaving much bait out for percy in recint weeks.giving them an hour before dark and seems to be working well.even got some birds flying around when its getting dark.
