Myself and a few other guys in work are doing the British Gas swim challenge at the brand new Commonwealth swimming pool in Glasgow we have a personal target of £200 each. It is for a very worthy cause.

Ye can count on me for a Score George, but if its in Glasgow how come the cash isnae going to Yorkhill??

No suggesting for a minute Great Ormond Street isn't a VERY worthy recipient, just find it strange a Scottish event is putting money into it when Yorkhill needs it just as much.

I thought the same John but the reason been is that it's a British gas wide fundraiser they do it everyear for Great Ormond st. They cycled the length of Britain for it last year.

 

I was also told If yorkhill and other hospitals can't deal with something the kids go there
