A middle eastern sultan, who had 6 daughters, doted on his only son and heir.

 

When the boy asked for an aeroplane for his 6th birthday, his dad bought him British Airways.

 

Just before his 7th birthday, the sultan asked what he wanted for a present and his son replied, a boat, so his father bought him P&O Ferries.

 

When the lad was 8 the sultan asked again and the boy replied something to watch films on, so his dad bought him MGM studios.

 

Just before his 9th birthday the sultan took him to one side, son, you are an inspiration to us all, anything you want, I shall get for you. His son replied, a cowboy outfit.

 

So his father bought him the England football team!!
