why are these birds being fed is it not just a freek show to take money from the public

you keep throwing bread out at 2pm every day you will get a lot of things turn up to me this is a scam to get people to come and see birds being fed then to face a bucket

with the hint as to put money in these birds are being home rared for the show just like a travling circus here they can take you to secret breeding boxes and hides , what is this all about

this to me only garantees the gravy train to survive explotation

yet if you where to feed the pigeons you would get fined

the second photo what type of bird has it got, is it a jay the same size as a pigeon

Kite's are completely harmless to pigeons, they are carrion feeders that's why they set up feeding stations, If I'm looking at the right pictures none are carrying anything and they certainly look nothing like a crow

the second photo has it with another bird but the point is, is this helping the bird fend for its self or the collection bucket.

That's it's other wing, not carrying a bird and you're right, it has to be fed as it's a carrion feeder and farmers aren't allowed to leave dead stock on the fields, what road-kills there are, are taken by the Buzzard who bullies the Kite, there was a good reason they became extinct in this country, lack of food, without help they could not survive, but as they are harmless to us I don't have a problem

bigda take another look at the picture you can see it,s two feet or talon,s

what you think you are seeing is the red bit where it,s been tagged in photo one you are also mistaking the the white covert feathers under neath , easy mistake

I think you are also allowed to take photos for a nice fee, or you can buy prints if you wish £20 for A4 size
