Roland Posted May 10, 2009 Report Posted May 10, 2009 On a couple of occasions I have voiced that I thought a certain Forum member came over to be as a very genuine fellow, that I thought he housed good birds. Well yesterday I did a per usual loft visit, travelling 107 miles to see this fellow and collect a bird I’d bought. Can’t praise high enough. First off the wife welcomed Joyce and I to refreshments and we had some idle chatter waiting for the boss to arrive who was buying his corn etc. We were made very welcome indeed via the whole family and later a good friend of his. We then visited the lofts leaving the ladies etc. to put the world to rights. Great set up! Yes I learnt a little more, had a little of my thoughts and views confirmed. And 2 hours went so very quickly. After having some eating time was to go. I could have stayed all day. Yes I came away now know what I’d always suspected, that this fellow was very genuine, did house some very good birds indeed, and is – as far as I am concerned, as honest as the day is long! Thank you John Gladwin of Formula Loft, with putting up with us. Very much appreciated. What a very down to earth and great family you have, plus a great set up and loft system. In fact even Joyce enjoyed herself ... Indeed Joyce has now gone to a Loft visit now and actually enjoyed it… That is another first. Yes I would recommend John to each and everyone. Finished the visit on the seaside, so that was a bonus, greasy Dripping fis and chips walking along the seafront. Little things that please eh! But it did round off a great day! ;D
