Never was their oil, and the Shetlands are a part of ENGLAND, with an English address.

Yes we have to support the Scots and Welsh and the Irish... That, I feel, is the real bug bind for them. Not self sufficient or able to live, let alone prosper without the English support and money. Even moreso now. ;D But as a true socialist I don't mimnd forking out each week for their up keep. the Education and all extra goverment benefits.

We even pay them more benefits so that they can stay that side of the border, it is so sad really   :(   :(  ;D ;D
