Have any you guys had any problems with Virgin Mobile?

 

I dropped my mobile at the weekend my insurer now needs a PROOF OF PURCHASE from my contract provider, I have called them 3 times everytime been told that's the email sent blah blah blah also email there customer service team many times no answer fukn pig sick can't get my claim processed until I have this and with it been this time of year I could be waitin g donkeys years

Honestly mate, chill and stop phoning them.

 

Sit down and put your complaint in writing, detail everything you have posted on the thread, then send bty recorded delivery.

 

They will act.

Dont know what my mobile is but its well and truly fooked so I guess it aint a Virgin

All sorted after a serious of emails the phone is now on it's way to the repairer to decide if it can be repaired if not I will get a new one so if I'm lucky I might be sorted new year lol
