chickadee Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 This may sound silly to you but do they breed as much has rabbits ? Oh yes, you have to separate the boys from the girls when you don't want them to breed. but the pregnancy period is longer than rabbits they carry their babies for at least 63 days, then you have to give them a break in between. ;D
chickadee Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 OMG what a nightmare ! It's ok as long as they are separated. ;D ;D
Novice Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 I have a few bantams which I had intended showing but the restrictions which were introduced (showing banned) put me off the idea so now they are simply pets. Although the cockerels are so noisey in the morning.
