Slow Broadband ?

I've had trouble with download speed for some time now,being a bit like a terrier I don't give up easy.I think my provider is a bit pissed off with me at the mo.I've gave them some serious grief and to be honest they have tried and tried.Had a chat with a BT engineer the other day and explained the situation,he gave me a new incoming box but didn't have a spare tool which you use to secure the cable.Then new openreach boxes have an ADSL accelerator.That got me thinking because mine's the old BT type and I found this on you-tube.

Hope it's of some interest to anyone with a poor d/l speed.
