any body go any tips on motavation for cocks and hens

lock the hens in the box and take the cocks 2 or 3 miles, when they come back leave them then 10 mins before basketing let the hen out?

ive been using roundabout for about 5 years now and find its easiest for me and my sis to keep on top of things,

a couple of days before basketing when the cocks are out i let them fly to the hens locked in the box and the other way round it keeps them keen, and if i see any of the hens looking to pair up i let the birds together for a day, sometimes remove the blocked off partition so they can see each other through the doweling they go daft trying to get together, keeps them keen, or a training toss cocks flying to hens & the other way, none of it rocket science
