just had a phone call from a women saying i had downloaded files a few weeks ago that she wanted to help me clear from my computer she told me to go and switch on my computer, and i told her where to go, beware.

yes I keep getting them saying they are from windows and a falt has been reported on my pc, and ask me to go on and they will fix it ,

at least half a dozen times in the last 8/9 months we had calls from them

Ma e-mail account has been blocked. Says it may be getting used to spam people and offers help to sort it, looks like its bona fide coming from Hotmail but right at the end it asks for CARD details, so beware of that too.
