geordie1234 Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 If sour crop starve until crop is empty too only water
Guest geordiejen Posted June 15, 2012 Report Posted June 15, 2012 for sour crop you need to put water into the crop and squeeze it out,try to clean as much of the sour water as the crop will stop and wont digest anything.you may need to do this 2 or 3 times then put one part vinegar to 5 parts water down the throat.this should help kill the bad bacteria and the crop will start to work again.dont give anymore food until the food already in the crop has digested.the sour crop can be due to canker as well so you need to canker the bird too.2-3 days with the vinegar should stop the sour crop.
