Tony C Posted June 2, 2012 Report Posted June 2, 2012 APPENDIX ‘C’ CODE OF CONDUCT FOR LICENSED CONVOYERS/ LIBERATORS (SEE RULE 126) 8. The Convoyer/Liberator will be entirely responsible for liberation, whether he/she has a race adviser or not.
