hi guys i would like to know how often or if anyone crushes up calcium tabs and puts it in the feed?although pigeon grit and minerals should be efficient enough for egg production it cant do the birds any harm with a little extra calcium in the system right?also some calcium tabs contain other ingredients so i will be watching what pills i buy.

Agree with the last post. IMO unwise to give calcium as an individual supplement, it works in conjuction with (and needs to be in balance with) others like phosphorus (spelling) Vit D and Vit A.
