Ian McKay Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 I THINK THEY ARE PUTTING MONEY BEFORE THE BIRDS. You got it in one Tooshy and seem keen to blame everyone else :emoticon-0138-thinking:
buster151 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 what you mean a little east in the wind did thatyes pity you wasn't around to help get it all back on you would have seen then instead of making sarcastic remarks like that
Guest stb- Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 yes pity you wasn't around to help get it all back on you would have seen then instead of making sarcastic remarks like thatthink you got that wrong hes not being sarcy at you hes being sarcy at the ones who said a little nor east wind . The biggest problem with the feds that went latter in the day ie 11 am onwards was the north east wind whipped up to about 25 mph and got much colder , there was not much wind from 8 untill 11 am and the temp was about 9 degrees when the wind whipped up it was showing only 4 and 5 degrees latter on
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 if thats the case then I apologiseSTB was spot on with his post above with what I was meaning
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 You got it in one Tooshy and seem keen to blame everyone else :emoticon-0138-thinking: it is not a case of blaming everybody,I am blaming the person responsible and that is the president who over ruled the race controllers and told them we were having a race, another point you made was we know about weather before we send, yes we knew the weather was not great but we expect the controllers to do it right and do what is best for the birds, unfortunately that never happened in our case because they were told by president to get a race also one of the controllers said he did not want to be in control for that for reasons mentioned but he was told it was his job and he was doing it,sometimes Ian you do not have all the facts as we do for this race
Ian McKay Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 Not a case of having all the facts Tam just a case of reading what's put up The job is vacant at every AGM I remember you liberated Lanarkshire and got a bad one?? You have not said about some of the other evidence gather's mentioned If it's as bad as you are stating surly there will be an investigation or should be

Ian McKay Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 that would have been difficult when I never race controlled Lanarkshire Ian Sorry Tam I thought you did it once
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 Sorry Tam I thought you did it onceone year Ian I took the job of being Jim Hannahs asisstant and for that year we never had a bad race because JIM is the most cautious and most competant controller I have ever known

lastdrop Posted April 30, 2012 Report Posted April 30, 2012 I can tell you the guys around me in craigneuk have had 2 great races and going by the remarks at Newmains club they are Very happy with the racing and returns.Yesterday i had 15 yearlings who had NEVER seen a basket until Friday night and every one of them is in my loft tonight, hardly disastrous races or losses Frank. I have dropped birds racing but have lost more flagging at home than in the races John do you mean that these yearlings have never seen a basket or a race basket.
