Guest bakes Posted November 9, 2009 Report Posted November 9, 2009 glen is in fore ground pepper in background. glen was one of the best lurchers this side of Scotland in the show ring and in the field . both are in the kennel in the sky but won,t be forgotten. both done rabbits to deer and a few laps of wallyford all weather greyhound track when the ground was frozen solid. that kept them in front of the competition when the ground thawed out. they sounded good dogs mate i remeber when i was younger my oldman had a doxhope deerhound /grey bruiser he was called he took everythink you slipped him on he was a machine always singled up me dad had him for 8 years until he got put to sleep as he had cancer of the stomach bloody killed me coming back from school to see him not in his kennle.
