im thinking of building a new loft out of breeze blocks what are the good and bad sides an do i need permission thanks in advance

but you can build a garage without planning permission as long as its free standing (not attached to house)

you need to make sure the inside of it isnt dark as it will get cold so i would make sure the sun can get in there most of the day

too much sun in a loft burns off oxygen and if not well ventilated can cause major problems if a loft is well insulated you don't need that much sun at all

yes i own the property and going to have a tiled roof so good venterlation
