Daisymay Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 The lengths people go to(RSPB)so as not to blame what is the obvious there are some right TITS about right enough, makes you want to greet. :cry-blow:
OLDYELLOW Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 On the face of it , it looks wrong why deer's , well deer's eat small trees / bushes and gorses and destroy moorland habitat also over farming by sheep on moorland. This effects the habitat from renewing expanding or lack of it for specific birds . So yes to a deer cull , but we all know this would help but it's not an immediate solution as there are far to many predatory birds of prey I watched a great programme a while back by Chris Packham , he's the sort of environmentalist that could champion our cause against bops as he's only too aware of them and there effects on the wild bird population
kirky Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 this was the first bullfinch id seen this year in my garden it only lasted a day before hawk got it,
Ian McKay Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 Sure a deer did not jump up and eat it :emoticon-0138-thinking: :emoticon-0138-thinking:
