Was out earlier, and what a nightmare! First we saw an "invincible" 4 x 4 skid, do a 360 and hit a wall, all i can say the state of the vehicle, if he had not done a 360 and had hit the wall head on it could be a sad time for his family. We then had a fixed axle lorry do a broadside right in front of us, i had no alternative to hit the brakes (silly i know), but we just skidded too towards the back end of the lorry which by this time was heading towards us! Believe me a scary moment but luckily i got control and went around it. Tomorrow will be a day in i think!!

People think because they have a 4x4 they are safe but unless engaged into 4x4 and they are rear wheel drive which is a nightmare in the snow, front wheel drive is a lot better as you are pulling your way and the engine is on top of your drive as well. Sad to say these school run drivers don't have a clue how to use them or what weight they are trying to stop when they lose control :(
