Facebook charging fees

Is it true that facebook are now starting to charge from June 2010? If so i wont be paying them  

 

There is nothing that is any use free anymore. Eveything and everyone is trying to make money any ways they can.

There is a group going at the moment, something to do with £3.99 from July, but i'd say it is a spammer as any info by email, so you email them and then your unindated with spam.
