I have a old crisp box in each section, with a inch slot cut into the side of the box. seen this on a dvd , and it works the feathers seem to find there way into the box. then empty it every couple of days. ;)

Boxes are raised off floor and these spaces blocked off with grills. That's where majority of feathers collect in my loft.
