Fly_caster Posted July 6, 2011 Report Posted July 6, 2011 Hello All, Saw one of these last week. The one I saw had the net attached to a folding frame which sat atop a box cage which would hold a bait bird beneath the spread-out hinged net. When the attacking bird sprung the trap, it simultaneously released the bait bird from the bottom of the bait-box on the trap. The trapped bird comes to no harm whatsoever, but can be picked from the netting and released safely elsewhere. Anyone got one ? I hear that they are very effective and I'd love to buy one secondhand or new. Cheers, Steve

Fly_caster Posted July 11, 2011 Author Report Posted July 11, 2011 (edited) Finally found a trap which is very like the one that I saw already. Found it on a Polish site - nice traps too although slightly different design. Thanks for looking everyone. Cheers, Steve Edited July 11, 2011 by Fly_caster
