The new forum allows members to be part of groups. Does anyone want me to add this feature to be used? I'm open for group name suggestions :) I was thinking Natural Fliers/Widowhood Fliers group, etc..

Maybe when you're thinking of these groups, a small consideration should be paid to those who show pigeons as well, be they show racers or fancy pigeons. The followers of these aspects of pigeon keeping may also like to use the forums this site could generate, and be part of the great hobby that pigeon keeping is, whatever avenue of its existence they pursue. Also consider those who keep pigeons purely for their love of the bird, and do not seek competition in any form.

A humble suggestion.

a few group names : captain kirks ( kirkpatricks ) george bushers ( buschearts ) belgian pigmys ( Janssens ) reetabix boys ( S.V.R.)  dogs dinners ( show pigeons ) and  more ? think the rest of the crew could add to these all the tumbler and tippler men round here call racers " ossman " ?  how about englishmen ,irishmen and scotchmen a few good gags in there ,

I added a couple of groups the other day,, what do you think of the list as it stands at the moment?

Young Fancier, Sprint Specialist, Distance Fanatic, Ring Collector, Fancy Fancier, Allround Racer

The strain name groups are a good idea, but I think we could be here all day listing the strains with names :) And with the nationality groups, I think that might seem to split the forum up, whereas the intention of groups was to bring everyone together.

Good ideas though, keep them coming :):)

Today I changed the Young Fancier group to the New Fancier group :) For anyone who feels their new to the game :)

I had a look as to do the Lost Birds group, isnt easy to implement, but take a few more hours at it when I get time :)
