Guest Lauren Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Hi about a week ago a pigeon landed on my window ledge and now it seems very happy to stay around.....It is very heathy - flying, alert etc. but wont move on and everytime I go in the garden comes to the fence or shed roof. The number I managed to get today is: GB 03 K 48003. It is now letting me get it on my hand and feed, stroke it, so I could probably catch it and hold it if an owner is found. I am getting very attached to it lol, but have cats so really want it (we call it her) to find her owner so I know she'll be safe. Thanks, Lauren

PIGEON_MAN Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Unfortunately this ring was issued direct to someone from the RPRA (racing pigeon headquarters)so you would have to ring them or report it on their website to find out who the owner is.The phone number is 01452-713529 or email, strays@rpra.org,thanks for your concern. 9
Guest Lauren Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 Thanks for the replies I will contact the racing pigeon site. Lauren
