Guest Guest Posted March 28, 2011 Report Posted March 28, 2011 Hello, First time post, I have registered due to the issue below. This morning I found a ringed pigeon which appears to have a couple of shotgun pellet injuries to the chest area. The bird lost a lot of blood but has always been very alert and the bleeding has stopped. The bird was found near Port Talbot, South Wales, and is now resting in a cage under my kitchen table. Can anyone advise if there is a way of identifying the owner from the leg ring? It's a green ring, "WHU2010 S04376" Is there anything I can do to to help the bird? Any tips for water / food. RegardsGuest
