on some of the topic headings it has a box where it says x amount of votes cast. e.g. on Just For Fun, Can You Play? is this just my computer?

Its by the side of the title before you click on to the thread, its like what you see when a photo isn't on right,  a 'box' with a red cross in it (with 15 votes cast written next to it !! )
