Guest redlad24 Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 i just went into the stock loft to day and noticed two ybs ready for weaning were making rattling noises as if they have a phlemy chest, they look great other than than that and droppings are perfect, is this only a minor cold like or would you think something else?????
Wiley Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 personally i would say there destined to be cold, the idea with pigeons is to build up a natural immunity, and at 24-25 days old to have respiratory problems sounds to me its starting how it could go on.

Guest IB Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 'Rattle' might be something that went down the wrong way at feeding. You say they seem fine otherwise, I'd be expecting more than just one symptom. Just keep an eye on them for now.
