DOVEScot Posted December 6, 2007 Report Posted December 6, 2007 The GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is a decent open source (read: free) alternative to Photoshop. http://www.gimp.org/windows/ does it use the same type of tools, before I try and download it?
Webmaster Posted December 6, 2007 Report Posted December 6, 2007 I haven't used Photoshop more than a handful of times, but I've read numerous times that GIMP offers basically the tools to do the same things as it, but it is less intuitive (GIMP).
