Hope you get a bit of respite now John but it wont be long until another one moves into the territory unfortunately. I think they way things are at this time of the year (and they are only going to get worse) it wont be long until we are all thinking about putting the start of the racing back and having a shorter season or racing later in the year.

aye yer rite paul, we had a member of our club last year mention putting the racing back by a couple of weeks and shorten the young bird by removing the english race points to see if it would help things!!! i can see where he was coming from but im not sure it would make a great deal of difference/.

that took about a week,after the last one disappeared?? spotted a sparrowhawk sat on a post about 200 mtrs from the loft today
