Hopefully Unikon will be at the Black Country Fayre on Sunday I will see what I can find out about the battery life in the pocket clock etc, I was always under the impression it as a battery, thats what we were told anyway.

Out interest does it come on as though its got power or is it just dead. If its dead insure you have the lead in the correct port on your ring marker i've seen one or two clubs that have make this mistake.

I'm led to believe that there is a battery in the hand set and the

base unit and if you tamper with any of them unikon will make the

warranty nil and void.

The last time I spoke to a Unikon rep, he informed me that the base station battery may need replaced any time after 5years use, but the pocket clock will last for a long time after that. Maybe the clock is damaged, or has been dropped or been allowed to get wethttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif
