Blue Tooner Posted March 3, 2011 Author Report Posted March 3, 2011 just had problem myself if you have disc installed on disc menu click on vista usb set up should be at top of menu found this worked I haven't got the disc installed. We just got a new laptop which runs on windows 7 (64bit) our usb to serial adapter which we used on our old laptop (windows xp)wasn't compatible with windows 7 so I tried to download an update from the manufacturers website which wouldn't install either and since then I have found out that our adapter isn't compatible with windows 7 (64 bit)so I will have to look for one which will be compatible. Happy days. Thanks for the reply TommyStuart

The Grass Cutter Posted March 3, 2011 Report Posted March 3, 2011 Phone UNIKON on 01775 717 177 and ask for the correct cable. Do not purchase any other cable asit will most likly not work. Once you receive the cable download the driver from the UNIKON DOWNLOADS SITE. You will find it will work perfectly after that. I do not know the cost of the cable.

Blue Tooner Posted March 3, 2011 Author Report Posted March 3, 2011 Hi Tommy, do you know if your windows 7 is 64 bit or 32 bit? You can check which one it is by clicking on the start button then right click on Computer and then click properties and you will see which version you are running under system.CheersStuart
