if they've been looking around you've a good chance of getting them back :) i never let ybs out till late on as dusk brings them in quicker :)

You might not see them today, tomorrow they'll be looking for the loft, the day after hunger will bring them down. You might not get them all back but those that do make it after a night or two out will be all the better for the experience.

If they have been out for a couple of weeks they might be ok. I was always told to get YBs flying well p.m. before letting them out AT ALL a.m. Think about it from their mind, its morning, they have all day to explore (& maybe get out of their depth?). P.m, the dusk is likely to see them have a more steady approach? Hope you see them all later, back for their tea i reckon, let us know.

I got 3 back. Still 4 missing. Hopefully see some tomorrow. :cry-blow:

they might be back tomorrow , can remember when had young birds at new address ( here ) only had 9 lost the lot one day over 3 days got every single one back ;) it didn't do them no harm they certainly learnt where home was ;) Hope rest are there tomorrow fer ya :)
