best way, twice a day if poss,during racing [takes a few mins ] birds get well used to you, spray virkon s ,,,all over on good dry days  :)

 

AH jimmy theres me a newbie coming on her looking advice and here you a veteran pigeon fancier and you send me information thats no good to me "good dry days" in belfast now you are having a laugh i thought you racer boys and girls checked the weather forecast lol thanks for the help check post RE loft floor again thanks micko

this is the cheapest way micko ;D ;D ;D as the virkon, s, will last you a long time ;D ;D ;D,,,,,,,,,in this climate ;D ;Dall the best :)

My w/hood & young bird lofts have a 4-6 inch layer of Easibed on the floor, perches/boxes cleaned daily. My natural loft I scrape out twice a day. The reason I dont use Easibed in the natural loft is the droppings the hens deposit after sitting on the nest all night dont break down to well.
