Alternatives to deep litter sand

I use easibed and i get it from countrywide.  I think it cost about £7-£8 for a 25kg sack.

i did use shavings i  now use easybed , doesent blow about the same and it lasts longer

i think this easibed stuff sounds allright and its much cheaper than birchwood chips,only thing is how long does it last for?

I change mine twice a year. The w/hood loft after breeding then again after the moult, the youngbird loft (darkness) after moults.
